FDA approved smooth bore Food, Dairy & Brewery Hoses
These hoses are the most flexible and lightweight suction and delivery hoses currently available with working pressures up to 12.0 Bar (175 PSI).
These hoses have been specifically designed to offer easier and safer handling, the lightweight design combined with its excellent flexibility makes the hoses much easier to maneuver in tanker loading bays and other hygienic applications where hoses need to be connected / disconnected on a regular basis.
Hygienic swaged end fittings
All our hygienic hoses are fitted with Interlocking hygienically swaged end connections and ferrules which have been specifically designed to eliminate all Bacteria traps and Cross contamination areas.
Wire re-enforced Silicone rubber hose
Our range of platinum cured silicone hoses are produced from 100% platinum cured silicone materials which conform to USP Class VI, EP 3.1.9 and FDA requirements.
The unique design of this excellent hose make it one of the most flexible wire reinforced silicone hoses available on the market today.

Multi purpose EPDM Rubber hygienic hoses
Our multi purpose EPDM hygienic Hoses are flexible food quality hoses suitable for cleaning in dairies, food production plants and Pharmaceutical sites. This hose is suitable for steam, hot water and cold water applications and is also ideal for conveying liquid food stuffs, in particular milk and dairy products, animal, vegetable oils and fats. It has an ultra-smooth white NBR liner which meets FDA approvals and also has very high resistance to many cleaning agents.
